Luxury Home Builder in Edmonton
Marvin Polny (President)
Cami Custom Homes is an Edmonton area luxury new home builder and proud to say it. Company President, Marvin Polny doesn’t mince words when he talks about Cami Custom Homes.
“The high end, luxury home market is my passion and I believe in the past a lot of builders have stuck to what I call 'traditional values' when designing and building their homes". He says, “having introduced a contemporary design into this exclusive market, I’m thrilled that it has been so well received by the buying public".
There are certain things from the past that just have a lasting effect, like great style, enviable craftsmanship, and the sense of enduring value. While this seems like an exaggeration, we believe that these places exist, and can be found in abundance right here in the Edmonton area, brought to you by Cami Custom Homes.
Quality, fit and finish
“When we opened our luxury show home and it sold as quickly as it did, I was thrilled,” he said. My goal was to bring in fresh new ideas and offer my customers a product that displays “Quality, Fit and Finish”. We have brought some new and exciting designs to this marketplace and we continue to excel in the Edmonton Region.”
Polny has been involved in the development industry in Edmonton for over 17 years and has no plans to stop. The company is named it after his children. “I want to build a legacy,” he says. “This business means a lot to me. I love being hands-on, I love being on-site, I make the calls and I deal with the customers to make sure they get everything they deserve in a high end home. The buying experience should be awesome for our customers where they move in and don’t have to worry about a thing.”
Cami Custom Homes is not a volume builder and proud to say it. Only a limited number of homes will be built per year because personal service, quality and a smooth transition are huge keys as the company strives to maintain it’s standards of excellence!
“We take a lot of pride when we build your home,” says Polny. “It’s as simple as that!”
